Caesar Salad Dressing

This homemade Caesar salad dressing is super quick and easy to make, and boasts a fresh lemon, pepper and garlic flavor. Opt for fresh VS store bought and cut out some of those mystery chemicals you can't pronounce. You can use all sour cream or all mayo if you prefer. My preference is little of both for a thick and creamy texture. For easy blending, use a stick submersion blender to combine smoothly.
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp, Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1/2 Tsp Mustard Powder
I Egg Yolk *optional

Directions:
Whip all the ingredients together until smooth, adding the mayo last.
Serve immediately over desired salad.
Store remaining dressing in tightly sealed container.
Whether it's Sweet or Savoury, let it be made with Love!
