Greek Salad Dressing

Writer: HollyHolly
Spoon full of oil based salad dressing, pouring into a jar.
Greek Salad Dressing

This oil and vinegar based Greek salad dressing is not only easy to make, its also light and delicious. If you prefer a creamier Greek dressing, add a few dollops of mayo, shake to combine and enjoy. Made using a mason jar means aside from your measuring utensils, there are no dishes and it is already in an air tight storage container for the leftovers.

Ingredients

1/4 Olive Oil

3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1/2 Tsp Oregano

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp Dijon Mustard (optional)

For a creamier version, add 1/4 of May (optional)

Directions:

Okay, brace yourself, there are a lot of directions for this one.... here it goes....

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar, apply the lid, shake to combine, and enjoy!

Yep that's it! Store the leftovers in the fridge, just give it a shake when you want to use it again and enjoy.
