Jalapeño Queso Dip

This cheesy Jalapeño queso dip is a great make ahead appetizer that you can impress with at your next gathering. Or, if you're like me, forget about impressing others and treat yourself with a little late-night snack.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup Finley Diced Red Bell Pepper
1 Medium White Onion, finely diced
4 Tbsp Finley Diced Pickled Jalapeños
2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 cup milk
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Dry Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Add to a pan 2 tbsp butter, once melted add diced onions, sauté 2 minutes then add minced garlic, jalapeños and red peppers. Sauté another 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients (except shredded cheddar cheese) and stir continuously until combined. Once cream cheese has fully melted and ingredients have cooked together, reduce heat to low and add shredded cheese. Stir together until cheese is melted.
As with all cooking, give it a taste and see if it needs tweaking, add more salt or more cheese for example (if desired).
Pour into an oven safe dish if you wish to take this to a party and enjoy later. Reheat in oven until bubbling at 400 degrees Faren height.
Serve with corn chips or warmed pita bread and enjoy!
Whether it's Sweet or Savoury, let it be made with Love!
