Creamy Dill Cucumber Salad

This creamy dill cucumber salad recipe is both easy to make and delicious. It's a great make ahead dish to take to a pot luck, or to pack in your lunches. It is refreshing on a hot day with its cool creamy dill sauce, and delicious crunchy cucumbers. This has been one of my favorite salads since I was a little kids. Now I make this for my kids and they love it too.
Ingredients:
1 Seedless Cucumber, sliced
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 tbsp White Vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp Dill
Pinch Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Add to a large bowl all the ingredients listed above except the cucumber. Mix together until combined then toss in the sliced cucumbers.
- Let sit at least 1 hour. (can be left over night for maximum flavor)
