Dry korean spice blends, orange and red tones.
Korean Spice

This homemade Korean Spice blend features a combination of several spices with chili and smoked paprika leading it this beautiful orangeish red color. It has a slightly sweet side thanks to the addition of brown sugar, which is a perfect contrast to this complex spice blend. This blend works great with beef. chicken, rice or stir fried veggetables and can be stored in an air tight container for several years.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Chili Powder

1/2 Cup Smoked Paprika

1/4 Cup Fine Sea Salt

2 Tbsp Back Ground Pepper

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Cumin

1/4 Cup Garlic Powder

2 Tbsp Mustard Powder

2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until combined. Then store in an air tight container until ready to use.

Add to meats, veggies or rice as a dry rub or add a splash of water to help disperse throughout your dish.
